Nicholas Taylor Huppe
My name is Nicholas Taylor Huppe, but everybody calls me Nigel. Its been a nickname since I was about 11. I'm honestly from all over the place. I was born in Texas and I’ve lived in Utah, Illinois, Washington, Maine, Guam and Micronesia. I would definitely call Seattle home though. My major is Journalism and I’m minoring in photography. I’m really into music, photography and film. Im super excited about pledging Delta Sig because I really feel at home here. This is a great brotherhood and I have felt welcome from day one. I’m anxious to become part of DSP and to continue to feel that love and brotherhood.
I enjoy reading writing & playing sports. I love basketball the most and the Chicago Bulls are my favorite team. I am a major in social world. I wish to be a counselor for children ages 7-12. Lastly, I wish to join Delta Sigma Phi so I can help others in an environment that makes me feel at home.
I was born June 4th, 1990 in Murray, Utah. I am stoked to become a member of the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity. I have been acting on stage since 1997. Through school and summer programs I have been in over 20 productions. I'm excited for this new opportunity and can’t wait to see where the future takes me.
I love the outdoors and being active and doing things like sports. I love working out and dieting. That is my biggest hobby and basically my life. I love to meet new people. I really enjoy being busy and doing things. The reason I want to join is to do all the fun things that the fraternity does and I love to do service.
Congratulations to the very first recipients of the Alumni Corporation Board Scholarship:

Dallin Craven has passed Delta Sig of the Week onto brother Seth Peavler. Dallin passed this onto Seth for his continued loyalty and service to Delta Sigma Phi, as well as to his country. Seth served as President of the Delta Lambda Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi during 2013, and just recently passed on the reins to brother Brian Speckhard. Seth is currently in Miami, FL attending a last bit of training before being sent to Afghanistan to service in the US Army for 500 days. Seth is apart of the 934th Forward Surgical Team.
"The mission of the 934th FST is to provide traumatic life, limb or eyesight care to coalition force units, local nationals, Afghan national security force members and anyone else affected by the actions of war, regardless of how or by whom they were hurt."
We wish Seth the best of luck, and we appreciate his service to both our chapter and our great country. You are the image of a great Delta Sig. YITBOS!
This week, we have passed Delta Sig of The Week onto one of our new members, Todd Speckhard. Todd did an awesome job reaching out to our Dream Girls to invite them to the Dream Girl dinner that his pledge class put on. Todd is also his Pledge Class President. Congratulations on Delta Sig of The Week, Todd!
